We will be doing a pet food drive during the month of December. When you schedule a donation pickup in the month of December in Boise area and eastern Idaho routes, we will also pick up any pet food donation that you have that will benefit the local Humane Society.
Last month we were the lucky recipients of Boise Co-op’s Shop for Good day. As the winners of their online contest, we collected 4% of the profits from the store on June 16th. We also set up a booth at the store in order to talk to customers about what The Arc does and thank them for shopping on our day. As a result, our Shop for Good Day raised over $2900 for our programs! We would like to thank everyone who voted for us online and who came to the Boise Co-op that day!

The Arc is having an agency wide yard sale on Saturday, July 16th! The Arc has invited all employees to participate in a large yard sale held here at 4402 Albion Street (one block south of Franklin off Orchard Street) on July 16th. There will be a large variety of items from several different sellers and we invite you to come by because there will surely be something for everyone. The sale will run for one day only, will start at 8am and end at 2pm.

Come on down and enjoy a great craft beer for an awesome cause! On march 4th from 3pm-10pm Payette Brewing will donate 50% of beer sales to The Arc Idaho. There will be a silent auction and also on hand will be Archies Place food truck. Starting at 5:30pm enjoy the musical talents of the Matthew James Band, the Emily Tipton Band, and Lee Penn Sky. Mondays are rough..take a break with some great beer, music, and food. You deserve it!
