In fact, we rely on business contracts to help us to teach individuals with disabilities a variety of employment skills in an effort to increase their independence on the job.
Our work services production facility is capable of performing many outsourced tasks for businesses. Examples of contract work that can be completed by our participants include:
Labeling
Binding
Kitting
Sorting
Folding
Assembly
Fulfillment
Stuffing
Mailing
And much more!
Current contracts include:
building boxes for Micron
stuffing a mailing for Blue Cross
inserting trinkets into 50,000 Easter eggs for Mix106

We have many individuals ready and able to work in our production environment. Our bids for contract work are competitive, and work is 100% quality checked.
Common reasons to outsource to The Arc include:
Variety of tasks that may be routine or complex in nature

Reduced workforce, resulting in limited internal labor resources.
